The Dispatch & Stewardship Policy

At Finding Your Crown, we view the delivery of your tools as a sacred trust. Every item is inspected, packed, and dispatched with the intention of providing you with a sanctuary in a box.

THE DISPATCH (SHIPPING)

Stewardship Timeline: We aim to process and dispatch all "Sovereign Orders" within 2–3 business days. As a boutique ministry, we ensure every box is hand-packed to maintain the highest standard of honor.

Tracking the Journey: Once your tools have left the Office of the Registry, you will receive a Confirmation of Dispatch via email with your tracking details.

Packaging: To protect your privacy and the integrity of the contents, all orders are shipped in discreet, durable outer packaging. The "Sovereign" branding is reserved for the interior experience.

THE COVENANT (RETURNS)

Because these are dedicated spiritual and mental health tools designed for personal use, our return policy is rooted in Stewardship and Integrity:

Damaged Armor: If your Journal, Candle, or Books arrive damaged or defective, please submit a Request for Assistance through our contact form within 7 days of receipt. We will replace any "damaged weaponry" immediately at no cost to you.

The Digital Threshold: Please note that the Scribe Digital Masterclass is a non-refundable digital product. Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer a reversal of this service.

Change of Heart: To maintain the highest hygiene and spiritual standards, we can only accept returns on physical items (Journals/Books) if they are completely unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging. Return shipping for "Change of Heart" returns is the responsibility of the Scribe.
